VM 2 cart always empty using Google Chrome explorer

I have a problem going on when using Google Chrome explorer: when buyer pick a product and go to his cart in order to go to next step of his order, his cart get empty. I have checked this with other explorer and it works fine with IE or Firefox, but no way with Chrome. Do you have any idea?

Also next to order button, I have a blank box that buyer needs to check, this is normaly made to agree on sales rules, but there is no text anymore to tell buyer that this is what he's checking...
