Hi,
I recently updated virtuemart from 1.19 to 3.0.4 the transfer went well and all products seem to be fine.
However I have alot of custom fields for the products and these need to show stock levels, ie say one product is called horray tshirt it has custom fields for it that show sizes of that tshirt.
These all need to be stock checked so I know when for example size medium is running low.
Please remember that this was transfer from 1.19 and all of these products custom fields are already set, and as I have over 3k products I do not want to have to go through each one to change some sort of setting.
Basically is there an easy way to do all this ?
Many thanks in advance.

K, so looking into this further all the custom fields are set as a string, not as a plug in stock able , I caanot change that in the custom fields , so does this mean I would have to create new custom fields then go through each item to change them??

this is how I got a 1.1->3 custom fields correctly migrated -- but you still have the stockable problem

Thanks for that, the custom fields work well as they are but they are not stock able which is what I need them to be. So just to confirm again , would that mean I would have to create new custom fields using plugin stockable and then delete the old custom fields on each product and then add the new custom field with stock levels?
Hope that makes sense and I seriously hope I do not have to create all new custom fields.

I'm no expert in this - unless someone else knows it is suck and see
