VirtueMart 3 + Joola 3.x Categories ordering issue

Dear all,

I cannot re-order the categories in VirtuM. 3 + Joomla 3.x. Whateve i click the categories wont move down or up. Any ideas please?

Yes, I had the same pb.
Under the admin template Isis, ordering the categories is bugging. Changing for the Hathor template when you want to order the categories solves this.
VM 3.0.6.4 and Joomla 3.4.1

I had the same problem, and changing to Hathor solved it. Default template for admin in Joomla is ISIS and almost all default installations use it.

Virtuemart developers should fix this or release a patch for ISIS.

In order to change the VM category order, you have to type the order numbers into the 'Ordering' fields or use the up/down arrows and click the small 'Save' button next to the 'Ordering' table heading. Afterwards you need to clear the Joomla site cache to see the result. Works for me with ISIS in Joomla 3.4.8/VM 3.0.12.

@warylad: You didn't mention your version numbers. Please test with the latest Joomla and VirtueMart versions. There might have been a solved bug in an older version.
