adding drop-down list of all the produtcs in one category?

I need to display in the cart page a drop-down list of all the products in the same  category as this product(including that product ) is there a way to do this? thank you

so that if the customer wants to add products .when he is in the cart page he will be able to add products from that drop-down list.
