The first issue arise when you try to add to the cart a product in a quantity lower than the minimum established: clicking the "add to cart" adds that quantity instead of alerting the customer that there is a minimum to be ordered (the VM2 version was working), so the min quantity is not respected.
To reproduce the problem:
1) make a product
2) put a non-zero value in Minimum Buy Quantity
3) navigate to the product and put manually a number (lower the the point 2) min quantity) in the quantity input field
4) add the product to the cart

The second issue is directly related to the above one, showing itself when there is a minimum quantity for a product: if you push the + or the - button, it increases/decreases the quantity with a step equal to the minimum quantity you have established for the product, instead of +/- 1 (i.e. if the min. q.ty is 50, clicking + or - you increase the quantity with +50 or -50 steps, instead of +1 or -1).
To reproduce the problem click on the +/- buttons in the product you created above...

Is there a way to fix those bugs shortly?

Thank you in advance

Taken a better look to the problem, I have verified that it's working wrong in my J2.5.28 - VM 3.0.3 setup; this is a report

1) first case: product with 'min_order_level' param set to a number > 1 and 'step_order_level' param set to default (empty)
example:
min_order_level="50"|max_order_level=""|step_order_level=""|product_box=""|
in this case, the min quantity is correctly set in quantity inputbox, but clicking the + or - button increase the quantity in inputbox by the 'min_order_level' (in my case 50) instead of 1 as expected (there is NO 'step_order_level' set for this product). When adding to cart that product, there is NO message alerting the customer that exist a minimum quantity to be bought for that product: this kind of alert is regularly sent to the customer in VM 2.6.14

2) second case: product with 'min_order_level' param set to a number > 1 and 'step_order_level' param set to default (empty)
example:
min_order_level="50"|max_order_level=""|step_order_level="1"|product_box=""|
In this case, the starting quantity displayed in quantity inputbox is 1 instead of 50, the +/- buttons increase by 1 the quantity. When adding the product to the cart, the min quantity is respected, but still no alert is sent to the customer.

Please verify if my report is correct, and possibly fix it asap.
