Manufacturer Module ... page link

Hi,

I have a module on the left side of my pages that shows the manufacturers of products on my website. When you click a manufacturer, it brings the person to a screen that gives a description of the manufacturer and a link to click if they want to see all of the products we carry by that manufacturer.

How can I redirect the module so that it skips the manufacturer description page, and instead brings them directly to a page that shows all of the products carried.
