Control Panel in Virtuemar 3 not compatible Joomla 3 ?

i have install virtuemart 3.02 on joomla 3.3.6, when i click virtuemart control panel it also result with error  (Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in F:\XAMPP\htdocs\myweb\libraries\joomla\feed\factory.php on line 74)

but when i install virtuemart 3.02 in joomla 2.5.27, and i click the virtuemart control panel it working normal with result tab 1 (report for the period ) tab 2 (statistic)

is virtuemart 3.02 unstable or has bugs for joomla 3.3.6 ?

Pretty certain it is a conflict between the RSS news feed from VM and the reader in J3.3.6, as Joomla3.3+ seems unable to handle some feeds. It only happens on the VM dashboard so the solution for testing or site development is to use the individual VM menu links rather than the generic dashboard. The devs are aware of this and a solution for J3 will be available.

Along with the problem described above Virtuemart AIO isnt available. When i press "virtuemart-aio" in Components menu i have follow:

"An error has occurred.

404 Component not found "

is it the same problem or separate?

Hello,
I have similar problem. I am using Joomla 3.3.6 and virtuemart 3.0.2.
There where should be the control panel is blank screen and message:
"An error has occurred.
0 Unable to parse the feed."

When i click on any item in pop-up menu, so everything other is working.

I think it is the same problem as in this thread.
Is there already any solution of this problem?
