Downloadable file/PDF next to product image

Hello,

I need a solution to be able to put a downloadable file or pdf next to the product image in the detailed product view.
I'm using VM 2 and I prefer free extension.

create a custom field and put the link in there

I puted that for now but I wanted to have a button to download or view PDF on the position were "price" is, next to the product image and with costume fields I get fields on the bottom of description.

You can do that part with template overrides, which is the basic way to change layouts to suit individual requirements.  http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/templating-layouts.html
