Products suddenly not showing on Purchase Orders?

Everything was working fine until early AM today.  Does anyone know what could cause this issue?  The products are not being showing under the "Order Items."  The customer has finalized the order and made payment.  I've tried placing the order a few times myself and the items selected vanish on the purchase order form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I was not able to find anything for this issue when searching.

Also, I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

Joomla Version: 1.5.22
Virtuemart Version 1.1.4 Stable
Php V 5.4.27

I was able to fix this problem by deleting a lot of user profiles.  Items are now showing up again.  This looks to be an issue with space running out somewhere in the website?

I would still like to figure out what exactly is causing this problem to avoid it in the future.
