Show price before discount

Hi,

When using a discount rule, the final price is displayed. But what I need to do is to also display the price of the product before the discount rule is counted in. Is there a way to do that?

The defalut is to show the original (base) price as well as discount etc. Assuming you have the price display turned on in Configuration/Pricing you should see the prices unless you are using template overrides which do not allow all prices to show, eg a commercial VM template. To test this rename the directory at [yourjoomlatemplate]/html/com_virtuemart which forces the default VM templates to be used.  If that works then you will need to edit the overrides.  The default display is as shown in the image below, where there is discount and in this case, tax applied.
