Pagination Joomla 3.3.6. + VM 2.9.9.2

Hello. Pagination doesn't work on Joomla 3.3.6. + VM 2.9.9.2 If we create button in Joomla and assign VirtueMart » category - Select a Category - Top Level Category or  VirtueMart » category - Select a Category - Category ххх
navigation  1 2 3 4 5  - works
If we go to the page 2 3 4 5 - and after click 1 we can't back.

In Joomla 2.5 pagination is:

1 -limit=6&start=0
2 -limit=6&start=6
3 -limit=6&start=12

In Joomla 3.3.6 pagination is:

1 -limit=6
2 -limit=6&start=6
3 -limit=6&start=12
