Group shopper not filled in database table virtuemart_vmusers

I've noticed a strange problem in mij Virtuemart shopper administration. I've made 5 testaccounts and made 5 orders (one per testaccount). I've used csvi to export orders and users. To my surprice only 2 shoppers ended up in the user export. The order export did contain all 5 orders.

The csvi export had a filter on 'shopper' group. So, I've checked that: in the backend I could see that all 5 testaccounts indeed belonged to the shopper group, so that looked good... but, in the database table virtuemart_vmusers only 2 users had the permission (field perms) "shopper". Indeed these two were the users that showed up in the csvi export.

So, my conclusion is that the correct information isn't stored in the database.

has anyone seen this before?

My vm version is 2.0.24b and i'm running it on joomla  2.5.24

I think this should be a question for http://www.csvimproved.com/forum  as you state that the accounts all show up in the VM BE.
