Random TCPDF error during checkout

Hi all! Very strange problem. It seems to be totally random.

So, when I complete an order in the front end, sometime I got a blank page with "TCPDF error could not include font definition file : freesans". It's weird cause it's working most of the time but it crash sometimes.

I'm using Joomla 2.5.20, virtuemart 2.6 and I have Artio VM Invoice installed (latest version). Don't know if it's related to that...

Anyone have an idea of what is happening?
