General Advise - Marketplace

Hi Guys,
I am just seeking some advise from the more experienced and from those who has done something similar.

I need to create a marketplace. Pretty much people register, upload/list their products and user on the other end are able to view and purchase.
Having the ability to review user and products would be great.

Functionalities like www.mojomarketplace.com and www.etsy.com

Could you guys give me your opinion and advise on what is the best for what I need to do.
VM multivendor or webkul

Is any of those suitable?
