Purolator or Canpar shipping plugin

Do either one of these couriers exist for an available shipping plugin in VM 2.0? Free or paid download doesn't matter so long as it works and would have to work in Canada.

Or am I looking at having to hire a freelancer?

Any ideas? Browsed all known avenues to me and haven't found anything.

Would the FedEx or UPS plugins work in Canada? In my reading there's a lot of US documentation there.

Still looking for an idea and not against hiring a freelancer that specializes in courier shipping API setups . Must be able to do so with a Canadian courier.
