Dutch language pack is empty

The Dutch language pack on the following page (http://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart) is empty. The zip only contains 1 XML file, while (for example) the Danish language pack contains folders and ini files.

This is the reason I cannot install the Dutch language pack, please fix this!
