New Install

Hi there

I have a new Install and I am a bit confused by some of the menus
I have version 3.0.2, its up and running but It seemed to be insisting
on having some shipping when its a service there is none

also the Images for the after paypal payment emails for the company
in the email I am not sure which field belongs to which to enter a image
and where .. inside the software

when I delete a order, it says an error message then it says its gone

I am using Joomplace QuizDeluxe with the VirtueMart

I am also having issues not seeing the number of products in the cart its blank

you need at least one ship method - just use the std. vm weight one.. no config - you can hide it in the cart etc with css
