change the fanctionality of vm2

I want to have an e-shop that will sell services and i want some services to be available (online) and other not available(offline). If a client buy a service the service will automaticaly become anavailable for the other customers for ten minutes. How can i do this. I want to write php code but i dont know where i must write this.
