Top Cart showing Postage/Shipping cost despite no product in cart.

Hello. I have a very frustrating problem on my website.
Suddently there has appeared a bug that always shows my shipping cost in the virtuemart cart module.
If I clean the cache and visit my site the module shows 0$ but If I add a product and then remove it the top cart displays 39$.
When I hover my mouse over the cart module it says "The shopping cart is empty" but the shipping price is still there. Screenshot  : http://i.imgur.com/loRRUoI.jpg

If wonder if anyone does know how to disable the view of shipping cost all together in this module. I don't ever want to view the shipping cost directly in the top cart. It's fine only showing on the checkout page.

Additional Plugins: I have installed the Virtueplanet VP One Page Checkout

The result is same if I disable the VP One page checkout.

But this isn't the standard VM cart module - you have to contact the developer of this one...
