On paypal refund: e-mail order confirmation?

Good Morning,
i'm not shure since when, but my shop sends order confirmation emails (with an other subject, like "refunded order ) if i refund via paypal.
How can i turn this off? I didnt have this problem some weeks ago.
I don't want the shop to send any emails except the order confirmation instantly after the order.
