Joomla 3 / Virtuemart 3 (2.9.x) Programmer / Admin / Helpster / Crack needed

Dear Sir or Madam,

we are a German based Company and use VM + Joomla 2.5 now for a Year for our OnlineShop Solution.

We would like to open a new OnlineShop, as we have a costumized VM Installation and we are tired of searching for Joomla professionals at other sites.
Because of the waitingtimes and quality with the work.
We would like to have one guy who can help us. Convert our existing J2.5 + VM2 Site to Version3 of both and then continue
help us and develop needed costumizations. If wanted, on a retainer.

Is there someone out there here in the forums who can help us ?
A German Guy would be wonderfull ?! As some of the Stuff is also German Law related.
