Default category sort order" as "Ordering"

Hi,

I've noticed when using the setting ORDERING as default category sort order, I must go and reorder each product category. I find this a bit troublesome to do when there are several categories in the shop. Is there no way to set the ordering number without doing a reordering for each category?



For example in this shop we are having almost a 100 categories. Going through each category and clicking first Reorder and then Save is a bit troublesome. Would be good to have the ordering done without such extra work. For example if the REORDER/SAVE column would be on the main view of the products then we could simply set the order from there and if we want to reorder some category we can do it in that category. Or simply each new product would automatically get an order number.

You could sort by alphabet in VM configuration. Or by product ID.
