No more sort of categorys in the version?

Hello, i wanted to sort my categories per item, but i cant find any button for it now.
In the older version it was no problem, but in 2.6.0 it seems that there isnt any field anymore for it,

Please explain what you mean by "categories per item"

ok, so the problem is solved. I puttet in the field  a number and saved it.
Everything is alright! Thank you! I meaned the id of course.
