It's in the Joomla Menu Manager > The menu item you assigned to the menu item type 'Search Form or Search Results' > Basic Options.
But this doesn't remove the 'Search for: All words Any words Exact Phrase. You can hide the words in a language override using 'Pros' advice above, but I'm not shure about the radio buttons.

If you want to offer a simple search for the shop products only, you could use the 'VM - Search in Shop' module instead of the Joomla search module.

There is no any search

Just look through your Menus and search for a menu item (probably labled 'Search') to which the menu item type 'Search form or Search results' is assigned. The filter in the top left only searches for words in the title. When you find it, just click on 'Unpublish' to disable the Joomla search.

Then go to the Module Manager, find the 'VirtueMart Search Product' Module and publish it into an available Module position of your template.

You would have to adjust some css code and language string to accomplish that. I think it will be easier for you if you follow this tutorial:
http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/joomla-video/search-module.htm
In the tutorial, Brian uses Joomla 3.x., but it is the same procedure in Joomla 2.5.x.
Publishing the (already existing) VirtueMart Search Module works in the same manner.
