Product image changing selecting costum field

Hi, i want to know if there's a way to make product image changing as costumers select specific custom field.

Example: tshirt that by default is white turns to black as the costumer select "black" on the color field.

That means i should add more images for any single product.

I need this just for single variable, not combination of two or more...

Anybody can help?
