Product changes not updating

Hi, I'm a newbie and whilst definitely not a developer I'm hoping the solution to my problem is something I can apply myself. My developer is not available this weekend and I have a tonne of work to do which is unnecessarily arduous because of the issue I have.

I have a problem with my new site that was not there yesterday!   
Today I am editing product details such as prices and categories as well as sorting the display orders.  The changes I make are not being reflected on the site. I refresh the page and still no sign of my changes and/or additions. 

Someone PLEASE help me ASAP so I can get on with my work without getting frustrated!
