How to integrate several purchase price options for one product

My client has a product (event/tour) that requires several pricing options such as:
$ Deposit
$ early bird pricing if paid by a certain date
$ early bird pricing if paid by another date
$if paid after a certain date

Is this possible to create for one product in Virtuemart or should I be looking at a plugin, and if so which one?
Do I need to go with something like Event Registration Pro?
Any help on this would be appreciated,
