Adding new tab like shiiping or payment

Hi,

is possible to add a new tab like shipping or payment to shopping cart. In my case i won't to add a printing service with (Yes or No), or the best sollution to cart auto select a right package like shipping do. EX. for sample is Normal shipping autoselected, for 50pcs is andother shipping sellected.
