"Ask a question about this product" form fails, requires login

Hello,

In a test version of the website I just upgraded to VM 2.0.26a to check sanity before upgrading products. I discovered that the button "Stel een vraag over dit artikel: (Ask a question about this product) doesn't work anymore. I also checked on the production site that still runs 2.0.24c but this problem also occurs. I can not remember since which version it fails but I know that it has worked fine.

VM backend->Configuration->Shopfront
Tick the box 'Allow non logged-in to send a recommendation or ask a question'. Save:) Use some anti spam plugin.

That worked. But I have now a layout issue. Just see what I mean by pressing the button on

In the passed a small window popped up instead of full screen. Earlier I had layout issues which I could mitigate with overriding css.
