No offset possible if stockvolume is less then 10 pcs...

Hi There,
I would like to know if there is a way to hide the offset possibility if the stock volume of an article is less then 10 pieces?

For example:
If the stock volume is above 10 pieces people can order in offset volume.
If the stock volume is less then 10 pieces they can not choose more then 1 item each...
