how to add asterisk * on the required fields

I setup VM to require registration on checkout and it all works perfect as far as validating the required fields.  It even shows the red box around the fields like its suppose to.  I just want to know how to add asterisk * on the required fields of Username, Displayed Name, Password, & Confirm Password.  Please see screenshot.
