I have these categories:
Hand Tools
Power Tools
Garden Tools

Power Tools has two sub-categories:
Outdoor Tools
indoor Tools

I would like to avoid that in the left menu "browse categories" to be displayed subcategories Outdoor Tools - Indoor Tools
