Product Category can't move up/down, ordering is not working. 2.0.24C

Hi Guys,

I'm currently using 2.0.24C version and i found my product category is not doing anything when i click the up and down arrow, the page seems refreshed when i click them but nothing happened, i also went into the category to change the order but it still not working at all.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? please kindly help, your help will be very appreciated, thanks.

Go to Configuration->Configuration->Product Order Settings and check that the third dropdown across the top(   Default category sort order) is set to Ordering.
