Sorting in the module category

Hellow. I have a little question.
The categories are displayed via the module mod_virtuemart_category in alphabetical order.
How to change the sorting on the same as well as in the backend (by order_id).

Joomla! 2.5.14, VM 2.0.24b.

Check the Default category sort order you have set in configuration/Product Order Settings
