problem with activation link virtuemart registration

and get the email with the activation link that does not work (redirects the client without taking any action on the homepage)

by admin in user management and the registered customer has not been activated and is something enabled

I go to the section created only for registered users and out of these two messages:

"You must provide at least one email address of the recipient."

"Registration failed: There was an error during shipment of your activation email?"
