Choice of sizes and growth by Custom Fields. How to?

The task of this - each product has two main parameters: the size and growth.

Manually specify for each product a large number of sizes and growths – long work and uncomfortable.

Is it possible to create a set of sizes that the addition of this option immediately added a certain sizes? Not a list (I know how to do it), but individual values?
I do not mean to add each size individually, one-two-three-four, etc.
I want to add "dimensions" - and all predefined dimensions added.

I also have a question - is it possible to create a dependence of the parameters?
For example, that the growth of 170 corresponds to the size only from 46 to 48?
It was impossible to put an item in the cart with the incongruous parameters?
