Easy Frontend SEO database size

I am using the Easy Frontend SEO plugin. The plugin is working great, but I noticed that the database table for this plugin now has a size of 121,1 MiB. Is that not too big? The website becomes slower and slower. Can this be the cause?

To compare, the virtuemart_products table is just 192 KiB and the virtuemart_products_nl_nl 408 KiB.
