"Enabled automatic selected payment" not working after update to VM 2.0.24

Today I've upgrade Virtuemart fr0m 2.0.20 to 2.0.24.
After this update the payment option is not automatic selected. In the config, the function "Enabled automatic selected payment" is still enabled.
I've 1 payment option. This is a "standard" option, because a customer pays after receiving the bill. So no online payment.

I use Joomla 2.5.14.

Also test with a default Joomla template, but without results.

Any help is welcome.

I agree, although I think that this was introduced back in 2.0.22e

Works in 2.0.22d

One payment method paypal and auto select payment configured to Y 
Also same problem if one page checkout is selected as Y in config

There is a bug in the sofort ideal payment plugin.
Please, if you do not use that payment, unpublish this payment via the joomla plugin manager
