Virtue mart State Dropdown Not loading on secured URL

Can any one suggest me the solution to this? I have gone through every post but could not find any solution,

My site www.pgaresortshopping.com ,When i go to check out page and fill in the information on the billing address, my state list is not populating based on the country.

It works fine when check out page runs on non-secure url But i need to get it working on secured URL. I get the following error

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://www.pgaresortshopping.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=state&format=json&virtuemart_country_id=223&_=1380448309399. Origin https://www.pgaresortshopping.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

Any help will be appreciated.
