Customize VirtueMart cart Process

As i recommend VirtueMart due to it best features of eCommerce, but I'm confusing to start my new job, now I'm starting my new project please any body can suggest me it will be possible through Joomla+VirtueMart if yes so How??

dose VM have similar above features to customize.

I'm designing a digitizing website and requirements are:

1) user register and upload a job to digitize and during the uploading he will fill form (please look order-or-cart-form.jpg)
2) designer will digitized the job and then user can able to download after clear is dues mean now he will checkout and make payment via 2CO or other payment methods.

It's possible to upload for customers before or during checkout. Check 3rd party forum section.

Hi,
dear i know about 3rd party plugin but it has just uploading option at the time of checkout while I'm looking that user not only upload task but also he fill a comprehensive form then when admin conform and upload user's given task so user will be able to checkout and download his uploaded job,

i can describe you as:
1) user register
2) he fill a from which included his requirements and also attached an image.
3) admin get inquiry and redesign and upload user's task as he describe in form.
4) now user pay his payment via any payment method and download it.

it simple , please any body have this solution with Virtuemart + 3rd party plugins please guide me.

Not easy at all to do that with VirtueMart as it would need a lot of hacking, and no third party plugins are available for what you describe.. You may have to build a Joomla component yourself, maybe use something like Breezing forms for the initial form/file upload and some payment system with a download facility. Look through the JED.

"download" it. So it's digital downloads. There are plenty of them in already mentioned 3rd party forum.
