Help customizing vm.css

I upgraded my site to virtumart 2.  I had a custom vm.css   which I would like to use in virtuamart 2.
I don't know how to do this as not a programmer. 
This is one picture of how I would like the new virtumart 2  to look like.

Willing to pay if anyone can help me.
