Generic Tax not working for payment fee since version C

Hi, since version C and D I dont get tax applied in my payment fee with setting "apply generic rules"

Our quantity set for cash on delivery is: 0.9615 €

With apply generic rules= 0.9615 + 4% tax became= 1 € (with the rounding setting)

Now we simply get 0.96 € and no tax applied to the payment.

I have checked the e-mail for the order details and where it used to appear 0,04 for the tax now nothing appears.

If you select a concrete tax under the payment details it applies it but it does not work with "apply generic rules" as it used to
