product thumbnail change in product listing

Hi there,

I have the following problem: if I don' have any picture for a product, i need a dummy picture to fill the empty space at the product listing in a category.
On the product details page, this is working with the built-in function, but how can i manage it in the category page.

I made mayself a dummy picture, which says the pictures are still uploading...
it appers good at the productdetails page, but how can it be shown at the product listing on the category page?
