Hello VirtueMart users,

We've just released a new product plugin for VirtueMart 2.x and it's called ReqText.

ReqText is a product plugin to add the functionality of required customer input fields for a product (using custom fields). This is a feature the current version of VirtueMart (version 2.0.2x at this moment) does not (yet) have.
The plugin also contains a more optimized custom vmprices.js script which solves a few basic bugs from the original script and it contains the routines for checking if a customer input field is required and shows the corresponding message. So now you can always use all benefits of VirtueMart and the ReqText plugin together.

Your customers must first enter a text or make a selection out of given choices before adding the product to the cart. Ofcourse you have the possibility to add several types of input fields to a product. For example you can add radio buttons, checkboxes, etc.
Ofcourse the option for a input field to be 'required' can be turned on or off - so you can use the input fields the way you want it!

For the full details go to: http://www.uwix.nl/en/reqtext-virtuemart-plugin-gb.html because you can do a lot of things with the plugin.

Attached to this post are a few pictures to give you an impression about the frontend view. And please, let's us know what you think.

Your shopping cart is not working on your site. No one can check out as soon as you try to register it throws a blank page and does not add the register to the database.
I would like to try this plugin out.

Please get a hold of me.

The link is fixed - there was indeed a redirect error when registering directly using the subsription form.

We apologize for the inconvience and hope you'll enjoy the plugin.
