Fixed shipment plugin by weight and countries

Based on the work from the thread http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=108951, I have created an alternative plugin that fixes the coupon / free shipping issue. Apart from that correction, it is identical to the original weight_countries plugin. Still needs some testing, so please don't use it in production yet. Use it on a test environment and let me know if it's ok.

Hello,
I try to use shipment depend on manufacturer on VM 2.0.22a.

The price for shipment depend on the name of manufacturer and the group of customer. I don't know how to configurate it please.
For exemple I have 50€ for manufacturer A and customer X ?
I have 25€ for manufacturer B and customer Y ?

With Some manufacturer the shipment will not be possible and the user can't select the shipment, the shipment is on ask and administrator receive notification for this order and will modify on backend the price of shipment.

this is not the purpose of the plugin. It just fixes the mentioned issue and I hope it will be included in future versions of VirtueMart.
