Invalid Token when upgrading from v. 2.0.20b

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my Virtuemart store from v. 2.0.20b to 2.0.22a using the live update function, but I keep getting this error message:

Invalid Token, in store config

Website URL: vittapharms.com.sg
Joomla version: 2.5.14

I've also tried to do a manual installation, but I get the same message. Same thing happens in another store I have, when trying to upgrade from 2.0.18 to 2.0.22a.

Any suggestions?

are you using akeebah admin tools?

swictch to the "standard installer" and use the regular extension manager to install.

have you cleared all cache etc?

& you are trying the regular install package right? liveupdate will not work

how do you work with your web shop?

as vittapharms.com.sg

or

as www.vittapharms.com.sg

I usually work on the site without www. This time I logged in with www.vittapharms.com.sg, disabled Akeeba Restore, and installed VM 2.0.22a from the normal Joomla extension manager, and it worked! Thank you for your help, I'm not sure what part did the difference, but that's less important...

Using www during work is more preferable.

Did you try to work with or without www?
