So I just moved my joomla installation with virtuemart to a new server, although almost everything works there are still some issues.

In the configuration screen it says:
Warning, the Safe Path is not accessible (does not exist or no permission), for safety reasons it is very important to create a folder in a path not accessible by an URL, create also a folder invoices in it to store your sensitive data secure. Our suggested path is for your system ***, use this link to the config

You are using single vendor mode, but it seems more than one user is set as vendor

I checked and the safe path exists and has the correct permissions. And I also used the path provided, but with no succes.

I never changed anything about the vendor mode, don't even know where I can find this setting?

Then my last problem, when I click on add to cart, it goes to page where it simply says that the shopping cart is currently empty. So obviously this prevents me (or customers) to buy anything.
I searched high and low for this problem but I can't find the answers, so therefore this post.

Any help would be appreciated.

1 VM version? your recommended path? your log/tmp file path (see Joomla configuration)
2 Check list of shoppers in backend
3 Link?

Hi, I already solved the second issue, but still the first and third one remains.

The suggested path is: /nfs/home/deb66599/domains/harcotrading.nl/vmfiles
When I enter this it still gives me the same error.

For the third: http://www.harcotrading.nl/index.php/naar-de-webshop/electrische-terrasverwarming/burda-terrasverwarming/burda-low-glare-serie-80-minder-licht/harco-heater-2kw-detail.html

Just click on: "Voeg Toe" ( add to cart ) and see for yourself.

Thanks in advance!

Update:
I have "fixed" the problem by switching off the Display modal popup upon 'Add to cart' function in checkout, however this is not the ideal solution for me, does anyone know how to fix this properly?

+ I came across a new problem:
How do I get rid of these texts: COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_PRINT_CUST_INFO_LBL and let them display their correct 'name' ?
I find these in the shopping cart above where you fill in your details

1. Are you sure that /nfs/home/deb66599/domains/harcotrading.nl/vmfiles folder is exists?
3. "I have "fixed" the problem by switching off ..." Switch it back, pls. And switch off using jquery.js in your Joomla template settings. Having two jquery.js on VM pages is big no-no.
4. Use more newer VM translation or translate this with your Joomla Language Manager.

1, yes the folder does exist and has the correct CHMOD
2, I switched off jquery in the template settings, but still no luck. if I click on the add to cart button it will only display the load animation and nothing more.
3, solved!

Thanks so far! Hope you can help me out with the rest :)
