After search manufacturers filter shows all manufacturers

Hi,
browsing within categories tree  the manufacturers filter shows the list of manufacturers of the products displayed:
http://www.stiloweb.it/mepa/cancelleria/balaustroni
(eg 3 products, 2 manufacturers)

after a filter shows a list of all manufacturers in the database
http://www.stiloweb.it/mepa/search?keyword=balaustrone&limitstart=0&option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=0
(eg 3 products, >200 manufacturers)

I think is a bug, thank you for the help.
