hello guys i lost all my products and categories except one , in mt server i check and all the images of products its all there maybe little help ?

Why not start at the beginning with what software you are using and what you did to it just before you mislayed your products.

i use joomla 2.5.11 virtuemart 2.0.20b
i update the joomla and then products its lost in front and backend !

If you are using the multi-language feature go to the VM config and change the order of the languages.
Put your main language 1st in the list
