Site shows 9 products listed at a time...Need it to display anywhere from 12-18

Hey guys,

New to VirtueMart.  I LOVE it.  I need some help with a layout.  I need to get my default category/manufacturer pages to show 18 products.  I am running version 2.0.18a of VirtueMart.

What is the easiest way to set the default?

I appreciate the help.
